Ebola center in Sierra Leona under guard after protest march

Across Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone, at least 660 people have died from the illness, according to the World Health Organisation, placing great strain on the health systems of some of Africa's poorest countries.
This Ebola epidemic has been ongoing since February. There have been protests around hospitals and even people attacking it. Two Americans have been infected with Ebola.
