My Boss Didnt Like My Attitude So I Put It Back In His Face

My boss asked me to do something (it doesnt matter what) So I did what he asked and then got my A$$ handed me on a silver platter. When I told him he was the one who told me to do it he said I should have known better since I was trained, I wasn't trained.

After sitting for 9 hours waiting for new instruction for the next assignment he sends me an assignment that was completely out of line with the previous assignment in fact it was more against what he chewed me for.

So I rejected it and put the reason as I was not trained properly to do the assignment and my boss chewed me out for doing something like that earlier today. I got a call from my boss and he called me a smart a$$.

So I got on the phone and called my previous employer whom I left in very good standing and asked if there was a chance of coming back to work for them, he said they would love to have me back and could not figure out why I left. I then sent an email to my boss and said as soon as I get back to the home base I'M DONE.

Part of what drove me to leave was my heart wasn't in to the job and being away from home for 10-11 days at a time, I thought it was when I started. Also when I figured out my wages I was getting minimum wage.

So all in all I am happy-er

3. NOPE

...non at all. It was time to leave or be put in a place where I would get a civil penalty and damage my career.
rsmithnumbers! Bro!

You're in your sixties. You're dumber than a bag of dirt. You're making minimum wage.

You don't have a career.

Trust me when I say that if your boss was worth a damn, the next 9 hours you spent sitting on your retarded ass would have been long enough to get a team to collect your truck and drive it back to the depot.  You would have been left standing in a parking lot with your personal items at your feet, a termination letter in your hand, and a stupid look on your face for that immature stunt.
"We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and then bid the geldings to be fruitful."

C.S. Lewis

A community may possess all the necessary moral qualifications, in so high a degree, as to be capable of self-government under the most adverse circumstances; while, on the other hand, another may be so sunk in ignorance and vice, as to be incapable of forming a conception of liberty, or of living, even when most favored by circumstances, under any other than an absolute and despotic government.

DUmmy rsmithnumbers's problem with reverse gear is very real, and was detailed by smittynumbers himself.

After attending a scam truck driving school for two years, he left to begin his shuttle bus career.

Unfortunately, reverse gear was part of the third year curriculum, so rsmithnumbers twice failed the test for driving big rigs, due to inability to line up with a loading dock or to stop at an appropriate distance.

So his career as a commercial driver is limited to the route from the Hampton Inn to the airport.

That was so funny, "when I figured out my wages I was making minimum wage."  What a braintrust we have at the DU.  Good to hear from RSmith, though, he's just as dumb and incoherent as ever.
