DUmmy Pam Dawson who, the last time we saw her, was in the throes of terminal gut rot, has made an astonishing recovery.

Of course, she's also a pathological liar and now she's come up with a new bouncy storyline.

I think Pam senses how thin the DUmp's talent is right now. It's been made hugely obvious during nadin's exile.

That lack of talent, combined with the nonsensical bias many have against nadin's annual candidacy, makes a repeat of Pam's 2009 Top DUmmy triumph a possibility.

Despite how abysmally stupid Pam is, she can see that.

who needs Dave Ramsey= I found a system

In 5 years or less all my bills including house and student loans will be GONE

then we will take out an equity loan in our home and completely remodel our home to perfection.

we paid off a couple of bills and quit our tobacco use leaves us with about 500 extra SO

we figured out which bills would pay off quick with the normal payment of say 100 +500 so you pay 600 till that one is done, then find the next bill. take the payment then add the 600 and pay that one off and so on till it is all gone. The beauty of it is that if something comes up, you can take the "rollup" and use it In an emergency then then next month get back on it.

doing this takes the bills from 22 years to 5. or less. Could be almost 6-12 months earlier because you will still be paying on your other bills as well so they will actually be less by the time the roll up gets to them. (DO NOT incur new debt while doing this)

In 5 years I can get a new Jeep (ours is paid for and only 2010 model) and remodel my house like I really want~!

I'm excited.

Before we start the pay off, we will use the first month roll up to by household goods for the first four months to ease the grocery/household budget.

Must not be a very good teacher, only making 65k at her age and alleged time in service. And her better half makes 100k plus.
What she missed in her brilliantly stupid financial scheme is that the savings from the tobacco is not a one time windfall, but a continuous stream of 500 bucks a month, every month. If she would give me all of her money, I would have Pam out of debt in six months, 18 max if they insisted on eating more than once a day.

Also note Gobucks bolded line in the OP, where she is already backsliding on her brilliant scheme.

Hope she hid the gun better so the pets can't get to it and off themselves.

so how is this system different than the Dave Ramsey Debt Snowball? This primitive is clearly in the top 1% at the island and needs to spread the wealth around.

The Demtenjeep Debt Shitball has two important differences: she increases her debt at the beginning and end of the program, and gives herself a ready-made excuse to not follow the program.

You are forgetting that Pam is a pathological liar.

The purpose of her thread has nothing to do with reducing debt.

Her only purpose was getting an excuse to mention that income number.

Given Pam's track record, the chance of that figure being true approaches zero.

It isn't how much you make, it is how much you don't spend.

All the primitives think life would be a breeze and they would be in the land of milk and honey if they made millions of dollars.

The truth is they would be just as broke, in debt, and miserable because they can not and will not live within their means.

I agree with Gobucks, the chance this particular primitive is telling the truth (other than be heavily in debt) is between zero and none.

Why do they have any debt at all with incomes at that level?  It's not like she lives in Manhattan or anything.  At $165K, they should be debt free AND living in clover.  Of course, she's lying.

She went to Wichita State as a Kansas resident, in the 80s before unlimited government loan money caused the tuition explosion.

By today's standards her college education was cheaper than dirt.
