The way I see it, if the Republican candidate won, he or she would likely take office anyway under a clear case of the incumbent President being incapacitated due to mental illness, and nobody would be nuts enough to back Obobo's play.  If Hillary won, well, that'd be more like a Julio-Claudian succession, which is why Frank used to refer to her as 'Messalina Agrippina.'
