Doc says that due to one of my neighbors, that is a personal trainer, pairing up with me to play in the gym area of the apartment, I have started to regain Muscle. And my blood pressure has been doing great! And the experimental ultra sound has been doing great too! I am now off all meds. And we will start doing a type of, I call kinda strange, therapy. We will go out to watch for dust devils and I am to talk about how I feel. Don't understand, but they know what they are doing.

WOW! YEAH!!!

Also, since I have being eating more protein and FRESH vegetables, he says I will just keep seeing improvements.

Don't most Section 8 apartments for mentally-ill deadbeats have gyms?

It's probably a federal requirement, the way buildings have fifty handicapped parking spots for the one or two handicapped people who show up.

Amazing what getting off your fat ass and doing something physical does to your body weight. You could have probably done all that and kept your old man if you would have just cleaned up the apartment every now and again.

Assuming this is true... big assumption... I suspect LFR is getting a little tired of providing for herself and is looking for a man to take care of her. Can't do that if you look like a beached whale.
