the breakup..part two :)

I posted a week or whatever ago that the wife and I are breaking up.Next Sunday will be the day we go our separate ways and both move into our new places.
 
I helped her move some boxes and stuff into her new place yesterday she is moving into a 40 year old trailer in the back of a trailer park where the average trailer is about 40 years old.Her next door neighbor has 4 pit bulls that run loose....her neighbors across the street are two males of about age 70 that are already hitting on her....she found out there have been two shootings there this year....all in all a lovely neighborhood

Then we took some boxes to my new apartment....4 1400 square foot apartments all alone on a hill...they are built from an old mansion....4 30 foot tall granite pillars at the entrance...oak floors...heat pump...dishwasher...literally living in one forth of an old mansion...amazing place.Island kitchen...just an absolutely amazing apartment.
 
We pay the same rent

She walked into my place...looked around...and said i hate you and laughed.

I give it 60 days before the pampered drama queen calls me crying wanting to talk.
 
IF we get back together it will be on terms that are more equitable

we still love each other...I got a place today...nice home for a great price....Put it this way....she says i wont suffer without.
 
We just cant live together anymore...I cant stand her 25 year old wont work kid and she defends him to death.

Put it this way.....she asked if she can spend weekends at my place....we wont be apart long.....it is all about her sorryass kid

I'll say it anyway. You need to see a divorce lawyer. Even if you aren't contemplating a divorce at this time. You need to know what to expect if or when you do go through with a divorce. With the difference in income, you could wind up having to pay her alimony. You will need to make decisions on pensions, insurance, title of autos or land, etc. What ever agreement you have made on division of personal items, furniture, etc., you should get in writing.

That's funny! Tries to make out like he's some type of "catch" and she'll be begging to come back to him. She even wants to continue the physical relationship during this time on the weekends because he's such a stud muffin. He's the genius that found a rental in a mansion at the same price that she's in a broken-down trailer in the bad part of town. Just too perfect! Must have taken him months to dream this one up.

Yeah, the 60 day "she begged and I took her back under MY conditions" follow-up should be a real hoot.
