It's early in this thread's life. I am sure we shall be hearing about why this person should be getting life, the death penalty, etc etc etc. Not to belittle the crime, but I don't remember anyone going to jail for theatening to kill George W. I may well be wrong- but I just don't remember it.

Bush and Former First Lady Laura Bush, for mailing threats to destroy the White House and Pentagon by explosives, and for using the U.S. mail to threaten Billy and Franklin Graham and othersAh... there is more to the story than just threatening the President.
On August 5, 2010, a federal jury convicted Brim on three counts of making threats against the President; one count of making threats against a family member of the President; five counts of threatening the use of explosives; and two counts of mailing a threatening communication.So, What did this other guy do to Barry?
