Border Patrol Charges Fed Govt with Deliberately Bringing in Illegal Children

Charges are filed saying the federal government under the Obama administration is deliberately arranging illegal immigrants children to arrive in America. The charges were stated by former Border Patrol agents Wednesday, June 11, 2014.

“This is not a humanitarian crisis. It is a predictable, orchestrated and contrived assault on the compassionate side of Americans by her political leaders that knowingly puts minor illegal alien children at risk for purely political purposes,” said the statement released by officials with the National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers.

“Certainly, we are not gullible enough to believe that thousands of unaccompanied minor Central American children came to American without the encouragement, aid and assistance of the United States government.

Reports from southwestern border with Mexico conveyed thousands of illegal aliens, many who are children continue to cross the border. Arizona Governor Jan Brewer calls the situation “a creation” of the federal government, while Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions calls the “calamity” Obama’s fault.

A current border patrol agent, President of the National Border Patrol council, was on Megyn Kelly's show tonight and confirmed what the article said.

He said half their agents are dealing with the kids, so that means only half are watching the border for the drug cartels and other illegals coming in.

Border Patrol officials struggling to keep up with the increasing number of minors illegally crossing the Mexican border are not turning away persons with known gang affiliations. Chris Cabrera, vice president of the National Border Patrol Council Local 3307 in the Rio Grande Valley, explained that a Border Patrol agent he represents helped reunite a teenage gang member with his family in the United States. Cabrera notes the young member of Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13), a transnational criminal gang, had no criminal record in the U.S., but asks, “If he’s a confirmed gang member in his own country, why are we letting him in here?”

The Associated Press (AP) obtained an email from Eligio "Lee" Pena, an assistant patrol agent, that ordered more than 3,000 agents to not speak to reporters about the "humanitarian crisis." The email allegedly said that reporters are likely to press for details and "may try to disguise themselves" in the process."
Pena's email went on to warn agents that they could be disciplined or even charged with a crime if they speak to media, according to the AP.
Since the news of the spike in foreign minors, Border Patrol contacts--many of whom used to speak on the record regularly--have not returned numerous phone calls or emails from Breitbart Texas.
The silence comes in the face of the apprehension of 47,000 foreign children traveling alone to the U.S. since October.
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson implied at a press conference on Thursday that many of the children will not be deported. "The law requires that we act in the best interest in the child," he said. "When we turn over a child to HHS, HHS acts in the best interest of the child which very often means reuniting that child with the parent in the United States. That's what the law requires."
It is unclear, then, how immigration laws will be enforced moving forward.
Many are concerned that by providing the migrants with shelter, transportation, meals, education, and even legal counsel, other children may be encouraged to make the dangerous trek north from Central America. Since agents on the ground are not able to give insight into the situation, the actual severity of the situation may be unknown.
This is not the first time Border Patrol agents have been ordered to remain silent on an issue. In May, Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) ordered agents not to speak to reporters regarding the 36,000 convicted criminal illegal immigrants that were released onto U.S. soil.
"We were given specific instructions not to comment on that report," said Greg Palmore, a Texas-based ICE spokesman, during a phone interview with Breitbart Texas. He was referring to the  report by the Center for Immigration Studies that outlined the criminals' release.

These kids are not toddlers, most are old enough to know why they are fleeing their home land.    A good  American Government  head doctor can convince these kids that the reason for them coming here was to not repeat their life  from the past but to strive for Freedom.  So fight for your freedom against all and every enemy.

Mean while the children who grew up in America with advantages 90% of the world does not have, finds an excuse to let the new Americans do the fighting for them.
