Hey all! Thanks for your comments! I hate my photo, BTW. I look constipated.
Being "vegan" is a lifestyle, not a diet (being vegetarian is a diet). So, a "vegan business" is one that is owned by vegans. The receptions thus far to ThankTank Creative has been tremendous. I have gotten phone calls from people thanking me for being an ethical vegan; knowing we are on the same page ethically. Also, being vegan is not political in any way shape or form and I know of numerous conservative Republican vegans. You can actually read a lot about this from this link:
http://www.vegan-conservatives.orgIn regard to our 8% GiveBack program, we are very proud to have partnered with such a distinguished lineup of organizations committed to making the planet a better place to live (as well as having genuine concern for human health). As a service agency, we post our rates and bill our clients either per project or on retainer and I personally send a check into these organizations on behalf of the company we are working with. Of course, they could choose to take 8% off their invoice but we are trying to tie together a strong community of support.
If you're interested, I also have a blog at
www.MeatyVegan.com where I asked for the Conservative Vegans to be heard ... and were they EVER. The direct link to this blog post is here [

Thanks for encouraging me to get another photo!
