I saw the start of it on the news, but he was so full of bullshit trying to seize the moral high ground that I couldn't stand it. The whole point about Bergdahl never having been charged is just administrative trickery, he normally would have been once it was clear he left on his own, it's just that either higher-ups in the political or military hierarchy decided he was more useful as a martyr than if he was treated like a Soldier going over the wall anywhere outside Afghanistan.
