If Bush was president and this terrorist swap happened on his watch and he didn't follow the law, what would you be saying right now?
Please remove President Obama from the equation and put President Bush there.  What would you be saying right this very moment?

That's a tough one.
Did Bush sign the law that made it mandatory to notify congress 30 days before ?
And if he did sign it, did he sign a signing statement saying he wouldn't follow the law he just signed into law ?

These are the vile pieces of crap that were meeting within a day of Katrina to make political calculations on how to blame Bush for Nagin and Blancos incompetence.

They do a lot of the equivalency thing.

Because they were both military and both being held by the enemy, then they must be the same.  They see the Gitmo prisoners as equivalent to what happened to McCain.
