Poor Amber, she has no idea of what sells and what doesn't.   She needs to get her fat ass to the library and find examples of native American jewelry, print out the picture, go home and duplicate it.

She with the picture then can sell it as a replica of the original as most Museums sell replicas in their gift shops.

She's learned well from Ms. Warren.
“The national budget must be balanced. The public debt must be reduced; the arrogance of the authorities must be moderated and controlled. Payments to foreign governments must be reduced, if the nation doesn't want to go bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.”

-- Marcus Tullius Cicero, 55 BC (106-43 BC)

GOPCongress, love your work!   :rotf:

It's astonishing how childish the painting is.  My guess would have been a second or third grader.  She's using those arrows in those beaded necklaces she makes, that reminded me of 4H camp.

Agree!!! I would bet a nickel that even the DUmmies laughed at this... :-)

Decided to help ol' Ambs out a bit. If you are going to do artistic media, might as well move up with the times...sorta.

That looks like something a 5 year old would paint during arts and craft time in kindergarten. I mean, for real.

This is art, Amber:

NAMBLA is a left-wing organization.

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

This latest really is awful, the jewelery could've been much better if she had tried harder with the design. Art is something most people get better at with time, but she's somehow managing to go from bad to worse.

And the medicine wheel thing - the arrows aren't even symmetrical, and she didn't even bother to use a compass to draw the circle. The "meanings" make no sense . . . south is "innocence", and "far sight"/foresight is not the opposite of introspection . . . then, this is occupational therapy for the mentally disabled and what DUmmy wants to comment on that?

Indeed. Leaving aside the quality of the 'art', the attempt at a message is still nonsensical.

Storytime -

Years ago, the missus and I were at an art gallery in Boston, and one of the exhibit halls was dedicated to new and upcoming artists. most of the art was crap, and people would try to attach meaning to the pieces - almost like naming turds. It was so bad I decided that I too could be an 'artist' = all I needed to do was crush a few beer cans and nail them to a piece of scrap 2X4.

Anyway, the missus and I were looking at some paintings, next to a pair of women were also looking at the same 'piece' we were, when one of them said to the other "Its so......tumultuous.".

At that point the missus and I had to leave, because we needed to laugh at them. The piece wasn't tumultuous at all. It was simply terrible, terrible "art".

Well, a Hans Holbein she ain't.

I suggest she try some other line of work.

Speaking of lines.  If you're going to paint a circle ... it should be round.

Obviously she's not travelling North.

There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.
