Govt backs down enforcing the law because of right wing nuts
  
The govt should not simply back off this crackpot and his lunatic posse. Slap a lien on his property for back dues owed the govt. If the govt doesn't want worse than this rebellion, they need to do something about this idiot.

The U.S. Bureau of Land Management announced today that it was ending its effort to seize Cliven Bundy’s herd of cattle that has been illegally grazing on federal land. The reason the BLM suspended the cattle round up was to protect the safety of federal employees and members of the general public. Bundy and a smattering of his right-wing supporters have threatened to wage a range war if the government continues with its effort to enforce the law. Let that sink in for a minute. The government is halting their efforts to enforce the law because of the threats being made by Bundy supporters.

2. Obama made this decision and it was wise. He has averted another Ruby Ridge or Waco

There's a lot to lose by escalating and very little to again. A wise move by POTUS. Yes, to the general public it gives the appearance that he is weak and that the militants are strong and were justified, but that's a small price to pay to avoid bloodshed.

These "militia types" are ordinary citizens. Just like you and me. So to summarize, he's calling regular citizens terrorists, and advocating the extermination of anyone that thinks differently than the DU hive mentality. Stupid is extra strength in this one.

Seize his bank accounts, arrest him on contempt of court (but wait until this cools off and he comes to town for groceries), and keep him in jail until he complies. There is no reason to resort to a violent confrontation here

You think the people standing up for Cliven are mad now? Freezing his account, and then SNATCHING him from a café or something is going to make matters sooooooooo much better...

Ruby Ridge and Waco both happened under a DEMOCRAT, Bill Clinton.

The real reason the BLM backed down is publicity. Even the liberal press was talking about this.

The KOmmies are now in a state of deep depression because a free citizen David made the big government Goliath back down. Of course that was BEFORE they found out that the BLM cave was complete and all his cattle is being returned. So what was the reason for the BLM standing down so quickly and completely? Part of it has to do with the Second Amendment since in the USA, unlike in Venezuela where government thugs ride around on motorcycles and shoot citizens without a fear of response, just the fact that citizens have the right to bear arms puts a check on the federal government power grabs. However, I think ultimately the complete BLM cave had to do with Harry Reid not wanting the light to continue shining on the fact that he conspired with the Chinese to build a solar factory on the desert tortoise preserve land that Bundy's cattle was grazing on. After all, Reid's former aide now heads the BLM and was making that land grab to enrich Boss Harry. Unfortunately all the publicity caused Boss Harry to panic over being exposed so the stand down was ordered...pronto. And when Cliven Bundy continued to demand the return of his cattle, Boss Harry ordered BLM via his flunkie to cave on that too. Anyhow all this has put the KOmmies into a big funk so let us now watch them moan over this turn of events in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, lighting candles for all those desert tortoises that the feds killed in order to protect them, is in the [brackets]:.....
