Funny how when these politicians don't follow the rules set down by these radical fringe groups, they get shunned and bad mouthed....Follow the money to see who controls the politician.

What amazes me is how they have fooled themselves into believing they are the "base".  They couldn't be more wrong.  These far left fringe kooks have about as much influence in "their" party as the blacks, which is to say - not much.  They are powerless because they are a captive group.  They have no where else to go. 

The idea these immature unintelligent wacko kooks think they should be pandered to and stroked is ridiculous.  B. Hussein Obama didn't get where he is by wasting his time on the unnecessary. 

The real "base" is somewhere in the middle of the road and a long way from the kooks at DailyKos and MoveOn.  What looked to the wacko leftist like a promising and important movement has become a dead end.  Their importance becomes less important everyday.

I'm thinking you may underestimate their influence. Remember each and every one of the Democratic candidates went to the annual KOS convention and did their pandering. The money is in this base, funded by George Soros.

Obama knows who butters his bread. The Obama magic trick of this election season will be to appeal to the masses while catering to the kooks. In other words, speak out of both sides of his mouth, without being caught by either side.

That worked for Bubba, so Obama is going to give it a try. However, Bubba was not a racist and did not hate his country.
