I'm headed out of town this weekend

I'm leaving in an hour or so and will be back Sunday afternoon.  I'll be visiting my grandpa and other family.  I'm looking forward to relaxing and some good food.

Anywho, I wanted to wish everyone a Happy 4th of July.  And no one be stupid and blow their hand off.

 Glad to hear you will be able to spend some time with your grandfather. How is he doing?

I'll see when I get there.  Prostate cancer does move very slowly and with his biannual physicals, I'd assume they caught it very early.  One of my aunts hasn't said that he's not feeling okay.

I'm more worried about the aunt with cancer.  I assume she's in Houston at the hospital for surgery, so I don't know if I'll be able to see her.  I'll drive my grandpa up there if he wants, but with his back, sitting in a car for long periods (it's an hour and a half drive to Houston) is very uncomfortable.

I'll be a good distraction over the weekend for my grandpa.
