I am rediscovering why I really do not play online games apart of the fact that I am stuck on a quest, and cannot bring the baddie down, I really find it to be work, and a time sink.
 
Frustrated to say the least.

2. I have no problem with angry birds, or with solitaire

but Elder Scrolls is kicking my but. I really have no concept of the foreign language either, or the controls.

I'm not super-experienced, believe me, but it doesn't seem that difficult to me. What foreign language are you even talking about? I did notice that some folks said they saw NPCs speaking German, but that's a mistake.

4. Gamer speak, and NPCs are speaking whatever language

the actual distribution happens to be, so quite possibly, if you are on the European server, you will see them speaking German, and French too
