Up this way he will be more likely to encounter a stout oak tree than a gutter for his final demise.  Driving drunk does take its toll although most road houses keep an eye on their regulars to insure they don't leave too plastered.  Bad for business when the regulars wrap themselves 'round the old oak tree.

I dunno the provenance of that picture; it's pretty old, and its history got lost in the long passage of time.

I don't know why, but when I saw it I thought about Cindy the Ditch Witch and the Pitt trip to Texas.  Seems like there was a whole big thread at the Dump with lots of pictures.  Wee Willie was greatly adored at the time by men and boys alike.  (Cindy the Ditch Witch was greatly loved by the Neck Beard. I believe you may have posted a pic of them at one time too.)

That said my memory isn't what it use to be.

My guess is, judging from the not-yet-apparent greasy flaccidity on Bill's jowls, that it's from the mid-2000s, about ten years ago, and that of course was when the Cindy thing was going on.

Yes, the Great Ditch Witch Trip was in summer 2005. Pitt donned his black Midnight Cowboy costume and hit the road to Crawford with his DUmp cred near its peak. It was right after coach had whacked the round red sodomite and Pitt had just penned his hilarious "bootheel cat" rant.

The trip itself was anti-climactic. Pitt was too lowly to rate attention from Mother Sheehan, and the only notable event was when he rested by sitting on a fire ant nest.

A few months later, the alcoholic Pitt torpedoed his DUmp celebrity by taking credit for drug addict Jason Leopold's earth-shattering scoop on Karl Rove's indictment. That was in May 2006, and since then it's been a bad eight years for Pitt.
