RACINE, Wisconsin — If you could pinpoint the moment when Paul Ryan lost control of his message on Wednesday, it was when he began explaining to an African American constituent why his recent comments about lazy “inner city” men actually had nothing to do with race.

Ah, and here it comes.  Any time in the past (or even now) there is a mention, especially by "the Right", of Obama or Michelle being "articulate" or "well spoken", the DUmmies let loose the hounds of rage exclaiming "dog whistles", or "racism" or "code words by the Klan" or something similar.  But it's ok if they do it

Sadly, I believe the black population has already sold their soul to the devil and are beyond reach. In overwhelming numbers, they've decided that having the gov't dictate to them how to live their daily lives is easier than having to put out the effort to be free and independent. It's the new slavery, and the Dems/liberals/progressives are more than willing to oblige them for votes.

Tell them that and they'll call you racist and claim they aren't dependent. They'll tell you that when living in gov't housing and using their EBT cards. They have no choice to deny it because they have too much pride to admit to the causes of their own sad circumstances. But when blacks follow the avenues provided for them by the Dems/liberals/progressives, you can predict exactly what will happen to them and how they will continue to be gov't dependent until the day they die with almost 100% accuracy.

I can appreciate what Paul Ryan is trying to do, and it could be that some in the community will hear him and decide they don't want to be stuck like those they see everyday. If doing this even gets one person to break the bonds, at least that's one less who will be condemned to a life of misery.

You just have to take heart that few of them actually vote, and since the racist liberals insisted on Roe v Wade, a hugely disproportionate number of black babies have been aborted (Oh, do I sound RACIST, lurkers? I don't sound NEARLY as racist as your "empowering" people do.).

     Unfortunately, liberals looked at the case of the American Indian and said, "gee whiz, we can't put blacks on reservations, per se, but we can keep them down by playing to their basest fears and by insisting that they need to be spoon-fed."
