Nutcase nadin Discusses SoCal Rain
« on: March 03, 2014, 12:47:17 PM »
nadin is all pissed about the California rain. With all the damp air, she can't do a thing with her hair.

I would like to make a point about the recent storm here in Southern California

some people think that since nothing happened to them and they were just wet, it was fine.

Well these are from Glendorra during this weekend

(Some photos of rain and mud in California. Who cares? In focus and centered, so not taken by the the nutcase.)

Finally here in San Diego we had a couple rural communities that did not have power for 36 hours. Some of the people affected are elderly and disabled, trust me, it was not funny to them. We also had mud entering homes in homes here. So while you are all nice and bundled up and all you got was some wet hair. to some people it was a serious thing.

Some people are just dickish, regardless of who they claim they vote for. If you do not like me, that is ok. But at least have the common decency to put me on ignore and stop making light of things that could potentially (and for some it was very real thank you very much) be very serious and life changing.

Suffice it to say, you are on ignore, you shall remain on ignore, and if something happened to you, I would actually care. I have the feeling you would not mind if I died. In fact I believe you would celebrate and do a few high fives. That is how little of your humanity I believe you have. And you all know who you are.

No way. As hilarious as it would be, the death of the crazy bald dwarf would be the end of the DUmp As We Know It.

When reading that, it all boiled down to "all about me".  :lmao:
Reminds me of the little kid in school that always raised his/her hand, always with an answer.
The answer was wrong nearly every time the teacher called.
Teacher finally put the kid on ignore.

So when does Nadainthebrain start teaching Dale Carnegie courses?
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Oh, dear cousin, nobody wants any harm to come to you.

But just about everybody wants you to come to understand that you're not God, and that there may perhaps possibly be other people who know more than you do, and who manage to express that vast knowledge in ways that aren't condescending of, or contemptuous to, the rest of us.

Liberate yourself, cousin, of your pride and arrogance.

As someone with firsthand knowledge of the weather phenomena described by Nadin, let me offer my take: it rained.

Over the course of three or so days, it rained, and now it is sunny. While I have not personally examined each tree in town, I daresay that the dead are not tangled in their branches, a la Melanie's Galveston fantasy.

For those of you in places that experience significant rainfall, some of which can be intense, allow me to describe the recent weather in terms you can readily understand: it rained.

But it was an apocalyptic storm. The death toll in San Diego was as high as that in Galveston.

Where was your concern back in 2011 El Guapo when i had to deal with 13 weeks of flooding around here? Makes your little piss ant storm pale by comparasion.

Any phenomenon that forces Nads to stay inside and face the misery of her actual life, along with the scent of her house, is apocalyptic to her.

It's raining here now. Temperature was 58 degrees at daylight this morning and now at 5:15 pm it's 33 degrees and fix'n to turn to sleet and snow.

Climate change be a happening here. :-)

Nadin has essentially claimed herself to be omniscient. With the type of omniscience that nadin essentially claims usually comes omnipotence. All of this bring about the question of why nadin allowed this storm to happen in the first place.

Nadin has essentially claimed herself to be omniscient.

Yes, but with her usual, engaging self-deprecation she adds, "I wish I didn't know all this shit."
