Sorry if I haven't been posting recently. I have been in a dark place emotionally these past few weeks and didn't feel I should post about my issues given how much I've said in the past and how little progress I've made. But I wanted to assure people I'm still alive, even if I don't feel like I am or want to be (don't worry I'm not going there). I probably won't be posting much until I feel a bit better, if that ever comes to pass, just wanted to let anyone who might be worried know that I'm still trudging along. 

OH and PS thank you to those anonymous people who gave me valentines hearts!!!! It means a lot!

Dark place...things that make you go hmmmm....
