This will backfire, like most liberal policies.
I'm not for legalizing it, but I am for decriminalizing it, except for those that sell it. I think they should get stiff punishment.
My concern is for what it does to our youth. We have enough problems with motivating them, we don't need to add another layer of navel gazers to the mix.

Far as I care if people want to smoke banana leaves and are happy with that that, none of my problem.
HOWEVER, running into someone on PCP or Meth is not a good thing. These people are at that time not really human as we know them. .
A drunk, a pot head, we are semi safe. a person on chemicals scares the Hell out of me.
