"Silence is consent".

They are a little active about Hannity saying he was going to leave NY.

Sean Hannity pouts over Cuomo’s ‘not welcome in New York’ remarks, vows to leave

Fox News host Sean Hannity said on Tuesday that he is leaving his native New York state because he is so offended and hurt by statements by New York’s Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo. Conservative newspaper The Washington Times reported that Hannity made the announcement on his radio show.

The right-leaning talker was responding to statements made last week by Cuomo to New York Public Broadcasting in which he said that New Yorkers by and large do not adhere to far-right ideologies.

Cuomo told Capital Pressroom’s Susan Arbetter that “extreme conservatives who are right-to-life, pro-assault-weapon, anti-gay” aren’t welcome in his state.

“That’s not who New Yorkers are,” said Cuomo.

The remarks have touched off a firestorm of controversy on the right, but Hannity is the first major pundit to declare that he now intends to flee Cuomo’s New York.

I suspect he's been thinking about a move for awhile.

Hannity's tired of paying out two thirds of his income in liberal taxes.  He's also tired of the drill, the new commie Mayor, the weather and Sean's wife is from Alabama.  He's talked about moving to FL  or TX.

His problem is that Fox probably isn't going to move an entire TV production operation to TX or FLA. That could involve 100's of people. The Radio show would be no big deal, see Limbaugh.

He could hook up with Beck's BlazeTV in Texas, I think that's up to 50 cable operators. Now that might be interesting for both parties.

Beck is also already pre-equipped to tie his Dallas studio(s) into the Fox satellite feed system. If Hannity relocates there, he could have a ready-made studio system set up for him, almost as a turn-key operation.  I suspect he could also do something like Limbaugh's "EIB Southern Command" in Florida with a minimal up front investment on his part, which would keep his Fox program running uninterrupted.

The DUmmies are awfully flippant about the drain on the tax base that would occur if Sean's move is multiplied by many other successful people getting the hell out.  I feel like getting the hell out myself, and we're starting to discuss it nearly every night.  DUmmies think money is free.

I am so pissed at Cuomo you cannot even believe.  Ugly mother****er, telling me I have no place where I live.

Now take Sean's - not inconsiderable - value to New York State's coffers, and multiply it by the gun manufacturers that are pulling the <eject> handle from their long established locations. Add all of the other businesses in NYC who are going to be negatively impacted by Mayor Commissar and his pogrom, and I don't see New York making it to the end of the decade, personally, without becoming something akin to a vassal state of the federal government.

Dummies don't believe in voting with their feet.  That's the basic premise of federalism and liberals hate federal and states' rights.  Hence, the Dummies use Congress and the Senate and the corrupt judiciary to invent constitutional rights like abortion and same-sex marriage, which they then force upon the states via decisions like Roe V Wade.

you DUmmies wouldn't be calling it pouting if a conservative governor had said the same thing except with a message that gays, pro choice and anti gun types were not welcome in that state.

You would be calling it justified outrage and demanding the governor be recalled.  You would stage protests and sit-ins.  You would invite al sharptoon and jessie jackoff to lead marches where you fools would drone on "we shall over come" ad nauseum.  You would call for boycotts and investigations.  In short, you DUmb pricks would drum up all kinds of bluster but fail to do the one thing that would have the most impact.  You would not leave the state for a better one since it is much easier for you DUmmies to stay miserable and bitch and whine than to take action and make a positive change to your life.

That's not a problem. His show could be done anywhere. The only thing is that his in studio guests maybe local to NYC. That would just put more people looking to get out of the high tax environment of NY and NYC. Could be double edged sword for governor ugly.

Don't be too sure about that. Lots of big companies are willing to abandon entire factories just to avoid high taxes in states if they can't get breaks from the state.  I don't see a TV studio being much different.

Building a set at a Fox affiliate in Florida would cost peanuts.

Essential staff is already there.

Guests could be on video, no need to be live in studio, but many are in frequently in Florida.

I cannot imagine why anyone would voluntarily live in New York City.

So I guess the new "catch word" for the Libtards/Regressives is "Extreme Conservatives".

I'm sure the MSM will dutifully begin using it at each and every chance they get.
