Working multiple jobs (HA!) and still can't pay bills -- Check

Voting against own best interest -- Check

It's like this dimwit is a Starbuck's coffee cup and he's trying to fill in all the little boxes.

So how does one explain the people that are new Americans that come here not knowing English or have ever gone to any kind of school that after 10 years working 3 jobs now in total make over $50,000 a year.
First English they learn is to ask, do you pay over time.?
Fancy having to leave America to work in a factory in a country where you do not know the language, the customs are strange to you, and people look at you strangely as you do not look like them, they do no not speak your language as last resort have to use sign language to tell you what to do. [ much like the riggers direct a crane operator.]
When over time is posted the workers groan and complain about the time taken from their family's and self, a 7 day work week is seen as a punishment, but to you a reason to rejoice, More over time means more money and the ability to get Wife, Mom and Dad to be able to join you within a year or two.
In come the parents, the wife/ husband and kids after 5 years, by now you speak the language, put the kids in school and the parents babysit for you and spouse work 2 or more jobs.--I0 years later you are all set, have enough money to buy a home or start a business that is based on American things that the ex- Pats will want or need.
So why in America are the well educated wandering the streets jobless.? They say they are over qualified for most jobs, --BS --- some workers with college degrees come into the work force as a floor sweeper, work and not miss a day and they go up the line as they paid attention to how the company worked.
Example ---A female came into work on the assembly lines, she worked a year or so and when a job was posted then and only then she reviled she had a Degree in college that was for that job. She had the credentials that she forgot to place on her employment form, had a years under her belt working the lines to come in and turn every thing around.
So what's the matter with you and those that are over qualified to get a job ?
Get off your pedestal, so you have a degree in basket weaving and square dancing. When the jobs for a job such as a MBA or even a TEC Collage are not needed, get out there and swab the floors, clean the restrooms and flip those burgers and work under paid for your education and go up the ladder.
