For the last time I will stress a couple of things.

You go through the federal data hub so when you hear about state exchanges not working you can aplaude CGI Federal and the and the fact that we are in the best of hands.
If one single person gets in, that person can write a script that will be shared on the Internet and all those folkes will have access ,via kits they download, to those backend databases.
