At least Lady Freedom Returns has returned, safe and sound. I was beginning to worry. I was envisioning our little Amber out there in the desert, curled up next to a cactus, whimpering, vultures flying overhead and coyotes circling. But now I'm wondering if she had her heart broken once again, jilted now by both sexes, on top of her shot girl dreams being shot down, and so on.

and she still hasn't replied to Amber and it sounds like they haven't spoken since the date. I wonder (unless they really are one and the same) if Amber didn't run her off with her demanding and whiny ways - TBR sure seems cool to her now.

Glad to hear you are back in the States!

With you describing him as a "goon", you must have seen the guy that broke me and my SO up.

I am with family in MO. Before you ask, yes that family. I was so upset I ended up taking a bad deal.

But a wonderful DU member has paid for a ticket home. And I have a post on Wishadoo that OneGrassRoot helped me set up so I will have a little money when I leave here since I am having to pay a lot of money to my family from this job I do have right now for my upkeep.

I will be on the bus on Sat. Oct. 5th @ 7:35a.m and back home on Sun. the 6th.around 9-9:30 a.m.

Hope we run into each other!

The sock puppet tradition is well-documented; but this is the first time, to my knowledge, that sock puppets are having sex.
