How do you figure?

Did SCOTUS all of a sudden sprout an enforcement arm we don't know about? To Obama, SCOTUS rulings may as well be "harshly worded notes" from the UN.

I quite agree, however...

After their ruling on obeymecare, I am no longer certain that they operate under their own free will.  :tinfoil2:

We also run the risk of Roberts once again helping Obama get his wish.

We also run the risk of Roberts once again helping Obama get his wish.

Given his track record thus far, the odds of that being the case - and of conservatives being frustrated once again - are considerably greater than the odds of the outcome postulated in the OP.

Frankly I have no hope that we will see a solution to this nation's current predicament coming OUT of Washington DC; SCOTUS included. My one and only final hope for a peaceful solution will be for the states to severally reassert their native authority over the Federal government but the odds are not great for this, either.

Yeah the odds of government giving up power is very low.

Everyone knows the proper cure for hiccups is drinking out of the wrong side of a cup.

That has worked for me lots of times.  I wonder why drinking upside down can stop the hiccups?
