Seems to me the last white president that made a recess appointment was blasted by the DUmp, so one may conclude that recess appointments are only allowed for black presidents.

No, you worthless waste of DNA. They are saying that ANY president cannot make recess appointments when the Senate IS STILL IN SESSION!!!! Maybe if the worthless pile of affirmative action that currently resides in the White House would follow the rule of law, then there would not be a court case. Thing that pisses me off is that if it was a Rep prez it would be on the news nightly.

I just know our founding fathers never envisioned a media, especially the MSM, that would bury their head in the sand when it comes to the government being corrupt as the obozo admin.
