Not seeing a lot of threads about the Unemployment numbers today...

So it's DOWN...but wouldn't that have something to do with 1.3 MILLION people being culled from benefits?

I dunno, but the jobs situation here in my region is still crappy, tons of commercial space still vacant (since 2008 or earlier). There is no 'recovery' in my world...

Recently got notice we lose our housing assistance next month...they had been warning us since the Sequester last year that the cuts were coming. I am grateful I have my parents to ask for help. I've been having spotty shitty job history for years now, can't seem to get a leg up. I thought finishing my BA would help, but it doesn't happen till later this year and I wonder if I have been out of the 'game' too long to compete, even IF I have 'experience' (read:middle-age).

I'm not even one of those people who would count in the statistical formula for unemployment. But I still think the numbers and talk of 'recovery' is misleading...on the ground, shit still sucks.

3. I agree with your assessment of the job market, economy, lack of a real recovery, etc.

As long as Washington and wall street continue to push fake recoveries and phony unemployment numbers, little or nothing will be done to address these chronic serious issue of jobs and recovery for the other 90% of US. Hang in there and good luck job hunting.

With an economic genius like Obama in charge, why the hell is the economy in the shitter?
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Manny is living in a different country. The liberals have been in control for several years.

I guess that his head is further up his posterior than most liberals.

That's probably it, because Bostonians have an abysmal sense of geography.

Second, answers it.

It's almost like the definition of unemployed was changed or something.  :whistling:
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

What is wrong with the DUmmies?  The unemployment number is down to 6.7%.  Obama and company wouldn't lie.  :whatever:

How about this?

Hitlery Klinton can be referred to as The Benghazi Madame.

Susan Rice can be referred to as Hiterly's Beghazi Bimbo.

I find it painfully amusing to watch the Obama and his cronies claim the economy is recovering on one hand and asking for an extension of unemployment benefits on the other.

And he is going to ride the "income inequality" train for the next three years.  Forget the fact that he is the one who created it.

Now this is good moling, boys and girls.

Check it out:

1. First thing it says is that 1.3 million got kicked of UE, thus causing the UE rate to go down. Dummies will be wary
2. Then it complains about how bad things are around "here", no "recovery". Dummies being really wary now
3. Then it says it is losing it's housing welfare... and now has to mooch off parents. Something dummies do in abundance. Dummies less wary
4. Then it blames it indirectly on the GOP house with the sequester. (Dummies think the sequester was the GOP) It also added a bonus with not preparing for the day it lost it's house welfare. Dummies are now unsure, mole or not?
5. Then it says it has a "spotty job history". Dummies understand and love some spotty job history.
6. Then it says it has, or is going to get a BA. Dummies love them some BA's.
7. Then it says it will probably never get a job, being out of the game to long. Dummies are hooked
8. Now, once it has the dummies by the nose, leading them around, it comes back to that it is off the UE stats, long term unemployed, something the dummies understand, and then slaps them upside the head with shit still sucks.

Bravo to the mole, whoever you are!!!!   :cheersmate: :cheersmate:
