I've lost 20 pounds in the past 2 months.

My pants size has went from 56 to 52! The only thing I have changed is that I have become the supervisor of the afternoon shift at work, and so I have been moving around and on my feet a lot more.

Congrats for loosing your weight. If you are supervisor of afternoon shift than you should do exercise at the morning, it is very helpful for loosing weight and it is very simple and natural way of loosing weight. If you want to loose your weight more than eat balanced diet along exercise.

The Odin primitive, about whom the late Tangerine LaBamba illuminated us much, has been gone from Skins's island for about a year now; that was one of his last posts.

I dunno why the Odin primitive, a professional "aspie," left Skins's island, but suspect it was on the orders of his parents, who were worried that he was spending more time with the primitives than he was with professional mental health counseling, where he belonged.
