We are having leftovers. Went to the beach yesterday and I had a great dish of rice covered with your usual nacho ingredients - beans, cheese, tomatoes, Jalapeños and some delicious roasted meat. It should heat up well. And I have some papaya I want to make a salad out of. The persimmon bread I made last night came out perfectly and we will have more of that for dessert.

Walked by this am while he was prepping and it really smelled good. The shawarma are standard middle eastern style, beef or chicken, on flat bread. And good. Taco al pastor seems a logical growth for what they offer. Checking it out this afternoon.

Perhaps tofu and sprouts with a red wine and venison stock reduction. Or, A veggie burger with bacon and avocado. Or, Swedish meatballs... I haven't decided.

I'm surprised none have yet claimed allergy to peanuts.
