Another RW dope

Earlier today, I had a doctor's appointment. A guy got there at the same time as I did and as we were walking in he said, "Boy if this is global warming, I'd hate to see what happens when it's cold!" He then went on about the forecast conditions for Monday, which is supposed to be record breaking cold, minus 11 for a high. I tried to walk a bit faster so I wouldn't argue with him but the guy just kept on walking and talking. Arrived at the office door and I proceeded to check in. I over heard the guy commenting on a story on the tv, which was about the storm on the east coast. The reporter happened to be in Massachusetts and the guy said, "It couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of people. I was there for a while and there are so many liberals that I wouldn't even talk politics with them."
As I was checking in, the receptionist asked me about my insurance coverage. I proudly told her (a bit loudly) , "I am covered under a policy I purchased on the ACA website. You know, Obamacare!" That set the guy off. He started ranting about how bad "Obamacare" was and how we needed to get government out of the medical business, etc. Except the receptionist actually told me that she's seen a number of people already who are signed up under a plan from Obamacare. I completed some more paperwork, sat down, and waited to be called in. I don't really know what happened to the guy. I do know that after the receptionist made her comment he was fairly quiet and he got called in before I did.
Anyway, it was kind of an annoyance but unfortunately, I think we're sort of getting used to dopes like that. I do know that a doctor's office was neither the right place or time for rants like that.

It's only the 3rd of January and already the Barrycare policy holders are starting to pour in for healthcare.  That doesn't sound to me like the healthy young patients that Barrycare needs to enroll in order to be viable.  Going to visit a doctor so soon on the 3rd of January sounds more like sicker, older folks that are going to pull Barrycare down in a death spiral while the healthy young kids sit on the sidelines clutching their wallets in front row seats to watch it crash.

Then again, the story was almost certainly BS from start to finish.
We will make America strong again. We will make America proud again. We will make America safe again. And we will make America great again.

They're really stretching it, starting these stories immediately at midnight, January 1.

At any rate, all these people pouring in are in for a surprise in the mailbox in a few weeks.

If a Bouncy, it is really bad out there.

If the truth, then it is really, really bad out there.

When the truth starts coming out around mid January the DUmp is going to be nothing but glorious Obama Care Bouncys.

When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

It is amazing, to me, how many thousands have successfully navigated the 0care website and have had their payment received, processed and policy initiated.

But Buzzmannumbers forgot to tell us how much his deductible is. Shirley it must be more that a mere doctor's office visit.

Yeah, I'm positive this really happened.  :bwah:

If all these people are signed up, paid up, and using Obamacare on 3 January, then why is the Barry Administration refusing to release nimbers of people signed up, payed up, and using Obamacare?

Greta has been begging for just one of these folks to come on her show to tell how great it is.  They could be famous.  Makes me wonder.

So, when during his doctor visit do they tell the DUmmie he hasn't met his $6,000 deductible yet? Before or after?

More likely when they visit the Dr. office, the receptionist tells the deadbeat that the Dr. has stopped taking most insurance plans and no new medicaid patients.

And limited, limited, limited.  Just like health care in countries with a national system.

I don't know about most insurance plans, but I do know that my doctor has a sign in his office stating that he's not taking any new medicaid patients.
