Oh my.

In other news, Skippy, the NYC_SKP primitive, the pal of :jugs: :yahoo: and the hypochondrial mopinko primitive, thinks he's being clever by posting threads with only youtube thingamajigs in them, as he knows franksolich doesn't bother with youtube thingamajigs.

<<<should've made Skippy the winner of the CCA, but oh well.

3. Pasta with lentils, garlic and olive oil.

You?

^^^asking dear old sweet Lu what she's having for supper, but won't get an answer.

Dear old sweet Lu thinks that as hostess of the cooking and baking forum, all she has to do is post a single topic, subject line only, no other text, once day (and doesn't even do it every day), and then sit around on her ass all day, acting regal and queenly while the drones do all the work.

It should be no wonder dear old sweet Lu has piles.

4. We are having friends over for a swim and picnic.

I bought some really delicious roasted chickens and they are bringing side dishes. There will be tequila and wine and who knows what else!

^^^such an inveterate lush she can't even wait a couple of days, until New Year's Eve.

Couple of hotdogs and a beer.  Cheap beer.
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

Yeah.  I remember her fondly.

She lived near Fat Che over in Illinois.  But since Fat Che long ago got foreclosed upon, I dunno if they're still neighbors.

We're having turkey sandwiches.  I was finally able to nab my mother's leftover turkey before my brother got to it.  :yahoo:
