Wow - this dude is one stupid bitch.

It seems Zimmerman may have made a painted copy of what seems to be a stock photo, just done in different colors, and he is trying to sell it on Ebay. Under Clinton's DMCA, that work will probably be declared as 'derivative', and a violation of copyright.


So, Skippy decided he would also make a derivative work, and also sell it on EBay. - and the way he presented it would prevent it from falling under fair use as satire, especially if Skippy used a photo of Zimmerman holding the painting as the basis of his work, just like Zimmerman did with his flag.

I went to the Zimmerman auction, and located the photo he copied.
