All based on a logic flaw that anyone but an idiot or doctrinaire fembot could see through in an instant.

The fact that there are rapists out there in the populace, and a woman should take reasonable precautions to avoid encountering or drawing their attention, is not the same thing as all men in the populace being rapists.  Such crime avoidance precautions are no different than locking your car when you park it or your house when you leave it.

This reminds me of the INMAN in Australia that compared woman wearing revealing clothing outside their homes.    Went something like this--------If one throws meat into the back yard, who can blame the cat that comes to eat it.

In other words a woman that could tempt an unstable  man or boy that would not think about such things were it not for her dress or actions is wrong.

If a woman wears a G-string to a tequila party and she is passed out anyone having sex with her can, and should, be charged with assault regardless of her poor choices.

That doesn't absolve her of her poor choices but nothing in what she did exonerates sexual assault. The attacker is also responsible for his actions.

That some men believe that what a woman wears or where she hangs out can lead to rape does not mean that the men who believe this are rapists. It means that they are acknowledging that there are some men who are rapists and will single out a victim based on appearance or accessibility. This happens to coincide with what the Islamic belief system recognizes about the rapist potentiality of it's male followers.

I tend to view it this way...

If you drive your car into a bad neighborhood and park it with the doors unlocked, the windows rolled down and the keys in the ignition it doesn't mean that it's okay for someone to steal your car. It does, however, show that you don't always use the best judgement.
