Need to be out of this situation as soon as possible as tea bagger landlord is is really giving me shit. Had conversation with her friend yesterday, and she said she would tell her to "backoff". We are truly talking about a mental midgit here.

They own the house and have a place to live, while you're getting kicked out and panicking because you're going to be homeless, but they're the mental midget?

But haven't gotten to that point yet. I think it could be arranged through church, but not totally sure. I have a bit of confidence it could be arranged.

How about picking up the friggin phone and doing something for yourself asswipe.
Not one mention of why it is being evicted but by all sounds a safe bet it has not paid the rent in months.

I am will to go back to Oregon, if its my only hope. Though I can't find an old contact, I am contacting churches in Eugene for options/contacts there.

Is she following Amber's outline for relocation? She should eliminate all of the unnecessary work and just contact the Sally.

So, the month is nearly half through, and the DUmmy apparently has made minimal progress on find new housing.

My recommendation is to go on Craigslist and start contacting anybody who has a reasonable place to rent.  In fact, you should have started 12 days ago.  If you've been paying rent (big if) then it shouldn't be too hard to find a place with comparable rent to move into.  If you haven't been paying rent, then hopefully you have enough saved up to pay for rent on a new place.

This entire thread is just incredible.  How sad (and dangerous) is it that we have these type of people who think they are so intelligent who blame their situations on politicians and people of a certain political belief? 

No wonder Barack Obama was re-elected.  Hey, we hate that Obama is president and we hate that the democrats rule in the senate but we are intelligent enough to work around it and still know that we are responsible for own lives. 

I would suspect she does have to play up how bullied she is by her "teabagger" landlord to get sympathy from her fellow DUmmies, but how sad that people are so quick to blame a group of people for their own failings.

Here ya go... I want a bigger house and am not too fond of the realtor selling it, I'd appreciate some tips or 'help' from anyone willing to give it... so there ya go. It's a small 10 acre horse farm just so you don't think I'm complaining about the box under the bridge like they do over there.
