Since I just received Medicare was not aware of this..This is something..

The Kos link is a story on how the GOP supposedly does not like the 404-DemOcare website because it includes a link to register to vote. The author of the Kos posting also suggests that the dems generate a mailing mail of everyone who signed up for DemOcare and send them this note.

I was remodeling a house and a buddy gave me a "free" big Kohler bath tub. This required me to spend another $5,000 and weeks on the bathroom. Prior to Obama Care that was the most expensive "free" thing i had ever got.

I spent 5 hours last night and have spent 5 hours this morning with my BCBS of NC agent trying to get enrolled on-line. I make well over $600K a year and yet the website wants to enroll my under 18 year old child in Medicare, and NC isn't even participating in the Medicare program. I called 2 times yesterday, we called another 3 times with the agent this morning trying to figure it out, but they can't explain it, they can't fix it, and they offer no help to remedy the situation.

But the site's fixed, you know.

No can do.  In North Carolina, all insurance agents have to sign up their clients via the obamacare website. Doesn't matter if you make $0 or $200 trillion, all NC apps are through the obamacare website. Period.

This is the biggest bunch of baloney I've ever seen. I can fill out the Get Started, Family & Household, and Income sections with my eyes closed. But you get almost to the end of a section and it'll time out on you saying they're too busy.

BTW, if you're trying to complete a section -- let's say Family & Household -- and you're answering all the questions for each person (in my case; me, wife, two kids) and it times out, when you log back in you have to start all over with the first person. You can't save the info on each individual as you complete it.

Whoever designed this site needs to be shot, along with the idiots in DC who voted for it and the dolts that elected these dimwits.

That's crazy that you can't even get a family policy via obamacare that covers everyone. Can you even imagine prior to this mess going to your insurance agent and telling them you want to get a healthcare policy for your family EXCEPT for your 17 year old daughter, and for her you'd like to get a separate policy? Whatever politicians promoted this obamacare junk aren't worth shooting, but I'm willing to make exceptions.

It's a good thing that this is a diktat because if it were in the private sector this Obama fella would be bankrupt...several million times over.
