This was just confirmed to me in an email from the support team.

There are dozens and dozens of iHeartRadio stations that carry Rush Limbaugh, Hannity, Glenn Beck....you can listen to right-wing talk 24/7, many many times over.

But there will be ZERO - ZERO - iHeartRadio stations that carry the Stephanie Miller Show after Clear Channel eliminates the KTLK progressive format next year in order to make it a Rush/Beck flagship. In Los Angeles. Are there not enough opportunities to listen to that already in LA?????

THESE ARE PUBLIC AIRWAVES ON WHICH THESE PROGRAMS ARE BEING INITIALLY BROADCAST. THE LICENSE TO USE THE PUBLIC AIRWAVES IS BASED ON SERVING THE PUBLIC INTEREST. It is based on serving ALL communities.

Contact iHeartRadio and demand at least one station that carries Stephanie Miller. @iHeartRadio

Please also contact your Congressman or Congresswoman and explain that we need public airwaves to serve the public interest.

Yeah, it's been tried on a number of occasions and market forces came up through a sinkhole (of lost revenue) and swallowed it up.  :loser:

Wait...I had it on good authority that Limbaugh was losing sponsors and cash like crazy so he wouldn't be on the air much longer, thus releasing a new progressive format to radio....what gives?!

What's bizarre is that iHeart Radio is virtual cesspool of socialist PSA's. That's why I don't listen to my stations on iHeart. I just go to the sites and use their Listen Live links. It's a little less convenient, but it beats listening to those Obama-esque PSAs.
