An old German staple, pork sausage and potatoes.
I cut 1 pound of Johnsonville Brats into small pieces and fry. Remove from cast iron skillet leaving the grease. Then cut two baking potatoes into 1" cubes, boil 'til almost tender, and fry in the grease in the skillet 'til brown. Dump in the sausage, and simmer 'til all is hot. Done!
Filling, hearty, and delicious.
