Never heard of this, so I went looking. Depending on the talent of your food stylist photographer, you can come up with something quite attractive:

However that above is using full fat cheese and a
hell of a lot of it. (Which I have no problem with).
Some of the other photos were very unappetizing. These were the low fat versions. Pale, sickly, and pathetic.

Most people in the reviews said that they fell apart, you couldn't dip them like that, until were cold. Mmmmm.
