Will Obama attend Nelson Mandela's funderal after dissing Maggie Thatcher's?

This will be interesting. It was a major point that the Obama administration did not attend Thatcher's funeral. I will bet dimes to doughnuts that he not only goes to Mandela's funeral, but he tries to steal the limelight on the eulogy.

Only if it doesn't interfere with golf. But on the other hand, I'm sure they have some good courses down there left over from the good days.

You may be on to something. Of course that begs the question: whatEVER could haee precipitated such an oversight on the part of Her Majesty an her Government.

From what I heard him and Bush were flying over on Air Force 1.  Clinton and Carter will also attend.

I read in the Dump that Bush and 0bama are flying together on AF1.  Some lamebrain marveled that Bush would go since he's a wanted man outside of America.  I couldn't decide if it was a sarcastic mole or a true idiot.  LOL

Of course he will attend. Gets a few days off work with pay, takes friends and family on all expense paid vacation, costs the American taxpayer a lot of money...Hell, I see no reason for him not to attend.
