Hey, everybody, we don't have to pay out debts now. Every democrat controlled city/county/state in the country will be racing to pile on debt.

And put another way, "Hey, Shitty City Worker, we don't have to pay you your stinkin' Cadillac pension."  DUmmies will be all over this like a barnyard hen on spilled corn.  This will be going down sideways with a twist among the unionista's.  Democrats did not want this to happen as it violates the 'sanctity of the union contract".    Watch for a Federal bailout program like the Pension Benefit Guarantee Fund to be established by the Obumble misadministration to protect public union employees.
