Also, I've long wondered what this DUmmie did to earn her title- Dick Inspector?

If some would be so kind as to fill me in or post a link it would be much appreciated.

They called me and told me that they found one of my credit cards in his wallet (I gave it to him in case he needed it, a long time ago), and brought it back to me. They told me he was dangerous and NOT to bail him out. But why set his bond so low then?

Yep, examined 'em, up close and personal.

I think it was to establish her bona fides during one of the DUmp's circumcision kerfunkles.

She was living in a trailer in a dusty, crappy Texas trailer park, so her fee per pecker must be quite low.
