Going to visit Mom and Herb.  I don't know if anyone else will be there.  Dinner is at 4, hockey is at 7.

Working a 16 hour shift which kind of sucks, but it's time and a half so I'm not complaining too much. And I'll have plenty of time to work on a paper.

Everyone is coming over Saturday for turkey.

We were supposed to go to my sister's today, but last night my wife and I both started feeling crappy.  Neither of us got to sleep before 4 this morning, so we decided it was best to just stay home and stay warm.

You know, I thought about doing this, but last year it didn't do so good.

Maybe this year'll be different.

Thanks!

My wife's parents are coming here.  That was the suggestion of my mother, because the in-laws are moving to the Raliegh NC area in May March.  (It was May, but they got a call from the builder and he told them that the other houses he had to build before theirs went up sooner than expected, or something like that.)  They've brought the bird, and we have the pies.  Pies soon, as the bird has been gone through already.

Well we are back. What I thought to be a two hour drive was only one hour. Very light traffic. No idea why.

The kids huddled over their phone looking at twitters. Kim has put in a Koi pond, has six fish, eating size. Caught up on the family news, had a nice meal with an interesting green bean and carrot side. All in all a good day.
