The World Net Daily, despite some of their faults, have been following these stories pretty closely for awhile. I believe the articles are by the guy who wrote the book.

If I'm remembering correctly, the author took the book title from a statement made by one of the sweet little misunderstood children. Despite that, I still figure nads has said it.

Yo dummie! Some pavement ape sucker punches me, thinks it's a game and I ain't knocked out but on my back, said pavement ape will be worm food. I WILL PULL MY WEAPON OUT AND SHOOT TO KILL! And if there are any other pavement apes around, then they will be worm food too. Won't be no bleeding heart jury to hear the case around here. All I got to do is show I feared for my life and that counts. If they turn their back and walk away, and I can get up, then there will be an epic ass kicking.  I'll knock his damn face grill down his throat and then stick my size 12 foot up his ass until he pukes it up.
