WTF? "The Knockout Game". it's evidently spreading- and trending on social media

The New York Police Department is investigating a series of unprovoked recent beatings as possible hate crimes, as they are increasingly occurring in predominantly Jewish neighborhoods.

According to police, bored teens are playing a game called “Knockout,” the purpose of which is to incapacitate a passing pedestrian with a single punch.

One teen interviewed by WTAE said that “t’s for the fun of it. It’s like when you were a little kid, running around and hitting people. Only now you’re grown, so you can knock ’em out.”

The NYPD is concerned that the game may be spreading beyond the Tri-State area, as reports have surfaced of similarly unprovoked attacks in Pittsburgh and St. Louis in recent weeks.

They suspect that the teens are trading videos of their “knockouts” via social media.

Every one I've seen or read about is black on white, many times black on white elderly. (I know people don't want to hear it, but it is the truth).

I guess these kids don't have enough constructive things to do. We'd better find something for them to do or we're going to have a whole lot of trouble on our hands.

This is what happens when you give people money just for existing, they have no purpose in life, nothing to do so they get bored and start hurting and killing people. I would say that they should just get a job, but the 0bama recovery has failed them and they probably couldn't find one anyway since unemployment is very high in the black communities. Maybe if Jessie and Al got involved and gave them something constructive to do this wouldn't happen, but they are too damn busy blaming crackers and shaking down people for money.

I kind of like the idea that when people go on #SS with their first check they also receive a small revolver with 100 rounds of ammunition. Or as I saw at the spy museum in DC a walking cane that fired one shot or two. Come to think about it I believe there was an umbrella that worked like the cane.     

My Generation it was gangs against gangs, zip guns, switch blades and in some cases they carried small bags of lye to blind their opponents. IIRC it was the females that carried the weapons for their boyfriends as if the cops showed up the girls would not be searched due to few or any woman on the force at the time.

Idle hands with no gain is a problem for young men, they produce nothing and have to find a way to prove their soon to be man hood.    So they just wander about with nothing to do, trying to find something to be proud of, to brag about, and then go home when they are hungry or need a bed to sleep in compliments of the Government.

When the shear boredom hits then they sink to their lowest level and prove to themselves they are ----real brave attacking the old folks or little kids. They travel in packs so others will take note of their fearlessness against some old lady.

Much as a pack of Hyenas  they are useless, no real future except spending time in prison.    Sad is the mothers that raised their sons to grow up locked up in a cage like the wild animal's they become.

Yep. Seems the pavement apes are basically pussies. Don't wanna try knocking out someone that might grin, look back at them and say "My turn now!!!" and proceed to kick their worthless butts into the middle of next week.

Around these parts some pavement apes try that, they liable to be on the wrong end of some flying lead. Our local pavement apes know that most of the people around here are armed and have zero problem with injecting their ass with some terminal lead poisoning. Mostly the pavement apes around here stick to fighting amongst themselves.  Every now and again you will got one from Detroit or NYC that don't know the rules... but they never last very long.

A sub came in for overhaul a big one and on liberty the crew hit the streets of this small town.   The best of the best in the Nuclear Navy well educated and able to endure months under water in a tin can.

As usual at bar closing time the Navy sent out a van to bring back the squids back to the Base and something went very wrong.   We do not know the real story if there is one but the van full of drunken sailors made the headlines.

There was this old man, a Navy vet himself and a next town, next state  administrator crossing the street. From what we can gather the van darn near hit the old man and he gave them the finger.

Next you know 2 Sailors , our Navy's finest jumped out of the van and beat him all up.

Darn near killed him.   One Hell of a mess and the attackers made it known that anyone that saw the incident in the van and reported it would get the same treatment.

There are bully's everywhere and when on drugs or drinking can come out of anywhere. 

Now this old fella could not have been armed as he lived in Maine and was in New Hampshire, just a couple miles from home but across the state line.   There in lays a problem for all of us that live close to a state border.   

Up here we live within 25 or so miles from 3 states, Maine, New Hampshire and Mass. 
None of these states will recognise the CCW of each other or even the open carry.

This old man did not have a chance to defend himself, and these were not KIDS, these were seasoned grown men, so is anyone safe out there ??????

Same here, Perky.  It's so damned funny when someone from a big city comes in and thinks "he's the shit!"   

Here, at the intersection of 2 interstates and 4 US highways, we get a lot of "visitors" who think it might be a good idea to break into some dumb farmer's house or shed.  It's easy for the police to investigate these "crimes", because the perps are usually still on the premises when they arrive, either dead or dying.

In the rare instance someone DOES get away with a B&E or harms the property's owner, there are more that enough family and friends around to administer "justice".  Most times, the best action a perp can take is turn themselves into the police, because it's safer!
