IIRC during the debate and subsequent to the vote on this monstrosity...I seem to recall reports of entire pages of the bill being blank with only a note saying "to be written after passage" or something like that.

I think there were a couple thousand instances where it said "to be determined".  That's where the added 20k pages of regulations came from.  Besides that, this is the perpetual never ending law.  They will continue to regulate it, just like the IRS tax code.

And how do they get away with charging higher premiums for auto insurance if you have a few wrecks?

And how about homeowner's insurance going up for people who have a bunch of claims?

And why do we allow them to charge higher premiums for life insurance simply because someone is old?
A twenty-year term policy should cost the same whether you're twenty-five or eighty-five, right?

There are so many other places where the muslim needs to force insurance companies to be fair.
