It is more likely written by his staff. Anyways, is the letter even legitimate or just made up.

Well, I always got Christmas cards from President Reagan and both Bushes.

They weren't addressed by hand, but I understood because those guys were busy.

Reagan probably told Nancy to be sure my card was sent out in time for the holiday, and she took it out to the mailbox and put the flag up.

And none of those guys signed stupid third-world muzzy names like "Barack".
