Notes on 0idiotcare for you lurking DUmmies
« on: October 30, 2013, 12:17:40 PM »
1. "If you like your plan, you can keep it." - yeah, you need to own that. Even if you reject ownership, you still own it. All that parsing you and your dear leaders are doing after the fact? It has
no impact whatsoever. No one is listening, because your messiah has proven himself to be a liar. To MILLIONS. We knew he was a liar all along, but now people are getting canceled right and left
who couldn't care less about politics. All they care about is that he said X, and now X is simply not true. You called Bush a liar every time he opened his mouth. Whenever a Republican is simply wrong,
or not well informed, or expresses an opinion out of your lockstep, you call that Republican a liar. Well, by your own metrics, 0moron is a liar.  That was his 'Mission Accomplished' moment. Now,
I realize that you don't care: you still circulate that picture of Bush holding a birthday cake before Katrina, while you ignore the fact that 0'idiot was tipping brews in Ireland while Joplin was destroyed.
Inconsistency is your calling card. Be as inconsistent as you want, because in 2014, you guys are in some deep, deep shit. The terrible website is nothing compared to the disaster that starts when people
start trying to get care.

2. And about that care: your new argument about people getting kicked off their coverage is this: "but those were terrible policies! They didn't live up to the STANDARDS of 0moroncare!" In 2009, you had
a holy war on DU about whether you should have to buy insurance from a private company. NOW you're saying that people should gladly pay MORE to a company for MORE of a product? Granted, you
people are infants, so you can't be expected to be consistent, but again, those people who lost coverage? They vote. They got healthcare under the coverage they had - it was specific to them, and
while a few may have not liked it, I am more than willing to bet that most of them were just fine with it. Disregard the personal healthcare decisions of about 5% of the adult population if you want; we will see
what they have to say about it in 2014 and 2016. When I walk into Best Buy for a 42 inch television, I want a 42 inch television, not the 60 inch TV the government says I need. Stop telling people that
they're better off because they're getting 18 more inches for upwards of 500% more. You've seen on your own site people who aren't happy with their cancellations - and those are just the ones brave enough
to stand up to the 0bama Onanist Society.

3. The linchpin to the entire law is healthy young people signing up to sop up the costs coming from people like yourselves: sick, drug-addled, depressed, lazy losers. So far there is zero evidence that the
denominator is growing even a little. Let's stipulate that young people won't sign up unless they absolutely have to. Even then, you have a system bogged down with real costs incurred by you people with
your awful lifestyles, and revenues that are at risk from nonparticipation and system-gaming via income tax reporting tricks. In short, the loss ratio will explode, insurance companies will not participate in the
state exchanges, and what is left will be a patchwork of offerings that closely resemble the market for subprime lending. Anyone with a shred of intelligence can see this coming. What's that? You cheer the demise
of insurance companies? They won't go meekly, let me promise you. If this is your trojan horse to single payer, I hope you're all ready to die for the cause. Single payer is at best 25 years away, if it ever
happens. And even if you get single payer, where do you think that single payer gets the funds to pay doctors for pumping your stomachs and diagnosing your Type 2 diabetes? Yeah: from YOU.
You think 0moroncare is expensive now? Wait until you see the tax hit you all take with single payer.

4. Not that any of you care about the economics, of course. Your pat argument for everything you want is, "well, we have money for unlimited war. Who cares what it costs?" This makes no sense - for years you
idiots whined about the cost of healthcare, yet you're fine with even higher costs if the government is paying? No wonder no one takes you seriously. No wonder a rich man like Alan Grayson comes on your
site to ask you for money.

5. You guys have a lot to say about Republicans grilling Sebelius when we wanted to law to be defunded or repealed. Um, this isn't grade school. They tried and failed to do something that was in everyone's best
interest. Now that it's something we all have to live with, the Republicans want, at a minimum, to make sure the damn thing works the way you swore it would. Your argument that they shouildn't care
now because they didn't want it? That's something a child says. Funny, when you Demodumbs were against the Iraq war, you sure seemed to have a lot to say about it once it was a fact of life. If you were
against it, why did you care how it was fought? If you were against it, why did you have an opinion about Abu Ghraib? Why did we hear from you at all about the war, since you were against it? Again, consistency
is not your long suit. Just don't sit there thinking no one can see through you.

6. I am going over in my head the number of times Ronald Reagan was lampooned by liberals for saying he didn't know details of things that went on in his Administration. Your argument was that he was
lying and was accountable. Now we have a program that bears the name of the man, yet it is perfectly reasonable to you that he has no idea how it works or what the impact is.
And this is just the latest thing that he "didn't know." I will spare you a full list of things that he claims he "didn't know," but will mention a couple: spying on other leaders. You swear he didn't know? OK...
how is that better than him knowing? It's actually worse. The IRS scandal? I think he didn't know about that like Michael Corleone didn't know what was happening while he was at a baptism. I am willing
to believe that there is a lot 0moron doesn't know, because (a) he's stupid, (b) he's self-absorbed, (c) he has Valerie Jarrett, whose job should be spending a rich man's money on Michigan Avenue, making
sure everyone stays stupid, and (d) he appoints the most corrupt and inept people yet seen in government. Sebelius had OVER THREE YEARS to get this done. What did she DO? I'm guessing she did a lot
of shopping, had a lot of three hour lunches, met oodles of celebrities, and drew pictures of handbags in the margins of her empty notebook. We are paying a heavy price for the know-nothing, do-nothing
people that you are so happy with.
This signature is intended to remind you that we are on conquered land.

Yep.....BannedFromDU  spent more time writing that than Nancy P. and the democrats spent reading the damn bill....that they just had to pass so we could find out what was in it.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin

Well played sir, well played.

Oh

and so stolen.
 :cheersmate:
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.
