True....but I think one is just for the cream of the crop.....and we've had a hell of a good crop this year. :-)

Well, as I understand it, the difference is really that the MNS stuff is supposed to be for idiocy (Generally, but not necessarily, Lib/Prog) originating someplace outside the DUmp, like KOS, the MSM, or the White Crib.  The DUmpster, on the other hand, is supposed to be for remarking on the curious, furious, and spurious items at DU and the collection of egotistical primitive freaks $kammer is paid so well to keep corralled on their own special reservation.

Yeah, that's the reason.

At times--it's been a very long time now--we've tried sub-forums dedicated to specific lunacy forms, such as democratwarrior or the elmers--but they never took off; obviously, Skins's island is in a class all by itself, and it's safe to just lump all the others together.
