I haven't been posting recently but someone brought to my attention via PM that people have been worries about me:
 
Thank you guys for the concern, it's nice to know that people are thinking about me.
 
To be honest I haven't been posting because there hasn't been anything good to post about. I'm trying to stick to the old "if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything", for fear of alienating everyone with one whiny post after another.
 
I've been in a pretty dark place this past month or so. I'm not actively suicidal, not planning, but I have to admit I think about it all the time. Have had some issues with binge drinking as well. All I do is sleep and eat, have my night and day reversed. I'm living like a mole. At any rate I'm seeing a new psychiatrist on the 4th and will see where that goes. Sorry to worry everyone.

It's hilarious that DUmmy LocoNuts thinks anyone at the DUmp cares if he's dead or alive.

Many of us normal people hope he stays alive at least for a while because his whiny posts are funny as hell, but no one at the DUmp cares.

see a trained psychotherapist. For psychotherapy. That typically, but not always, excludes board-certified psychiatrists. Why ? Dispensing medication in 15 minute increments for $100 is a lot more lucrative ($400 an hour) than charging $150 an hour for therapy.
 
The degrees to look for (in the USA anyway) are MA, MSW, MS, Ph.D. and Ed.d. Yes, SOME M.D. psychiatrists are good at therapy and don't charge $150 an hour, but they are few and far between. Shrinks are great at what they do, but they do not do therapy by and large !
 
I really need to shut up on this topic from now on. You're a nice guy Loct0s but your posts do worry me a tad. I'm only trying to help, honest.

Well, it looks like we got a contender for the top DUmmies who's recrudescencing; I was worried.

He won't make numbr one, but I'm sure he'll make the top ten.

It's nice to see new faces in the Top DUmmies.

LocoNuts needs take some things into consideration before doing this.  Since he's a primitive and too stupid to think, I've graciously set aside some time, and thought them over for him:

-He hasn't made anything of the life that was given to him.

-He now has the opportunity to finally make something of himself, at least posthomously.

-LocoNuts needs to ask himself if the names Christine Chubbuck and Budd Dwyer would still be with us today, gracing their own little niche of the interwebnets, if they hadn't selflessly taken a moment to consider the exhibitionist potential of what they ended up doing to themselves.

Now we see the dummy's problem. He is addicted to booze. Typical of all dummies. The drug may change, but they are all on meds... legit or street.

Here is some advice you booze addled dummy. You don't need a shrink. You need to go to AA.

The best advice I can offer to Locut0s is to stop the drinking and to take advantage of your nocturnal state by getting a night job and getting a gym membership at a 24 hour gym.  I can sympathize about having your days and nights backwards, but then I work 3-4 12 hour shifts a week on nights.  When I only have 1 or 2 days off between shifts, it doesn't seem worth it to switch back.
